Thank you for shopping with North East Kansas Railroaders, Inc.! We're committed to getting your railroad hobby and model train products to you safely and efficiently.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or special events, processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. Shipping to P.O. boxes may be restricted for certain oversized items or products requiring signature confirmation.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping method

Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Lost Packages: If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the situation.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

HOLIDAYS & DELAYS

Please note that shipping carriers do not deliver on major holidays. Weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact delivery times. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
